Cancellation Policy

At Life Path Coaching, payment is required in full before services begin, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. All payments once received are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 3 business days' notice—emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Sessions canceled without proper notice are not guaranteed to be rescheduled nor refunded. Please be punctual, as sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. You may contact me at cristinasosacoaching@gmail.com or call 509-609-9383 anytime, please note responses from Life Path Coaching will occur during business hours (Mon–Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM). By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and understand that coaching is not therapy. All information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law. I understand that “coaching” is a Professional-Client relationship I have with my coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. You may discontinue coaching at any time. Coaching under the terms and agreement will continue for the duration of the contracted period.
